PRECARE

• Avoid direct sun exposure for one week before your appointment.
• Do not use prescription retinoids for 7 days prior.
• Do not use Accutane, chemotherapy, extreme resurfacing lasers, or radiation within 12 months.
  
  POST-CARE
  
• Skip exfoliating products (retinoids, AHAs, BHAs) for 3-7 days or until flaking stops.
• Avoid direct sun and prolonged sun exposure for one week or until flaking stops.
• Avoid heat-inducing activities like gym workouts, saunas, and hot pilates for 2-7 days or until peeling stops.
• Use SPF daily and keep skin well hydrated.

Depending on the strength and depth of the peel, you may experience anything from slight dryness to skin flaking for 3-7 days on average, typically starting around day 3. We'll discuss which peel strength is right for you during your consultation.
